The Cannes Film Festival hosted a poignant reunion as Ivana Baquero and Guillermo del Toro came together for a special 20th-anniversary screening of their beloved dark fantasy Pan’s Labyrinth (2006). The event marked two decades since the film’s release, celebrating its enduring impact on cinema.


Baquero, who delivered a breakout performance as Ofelia, joined del Toro on the Croisette, where they shared reflections on the film’s legacy. Beyond the emotional reunion, Baquero also gave interviews to Collider and Deadline, and participated in a photoshoot, further highlighting her continued prominence in the industry. The screening served as a testament to the timeless connection between the director and his muse, as well as the film’s lasting influence.
