The 40th Goya Awards red carpet was graced by one of Spain’s most beloved actresses, Ivana Baquero, whose striking presence and timeless elegance stole the spotlight. Known worldwide for her breakout role as Ofelia in Guillermo del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth, Baquero’s appearance at the Auditori Fòrum in Barcelona was a celebration of her enduring influence in cinema and her ability to captivate both on screen and off.

Baquero arrived in a deep burgundy gown that masterfully balanced drama and sophistication. The dress, featuring a plunging neckline and a fitted bodice, was crafted from a textured fabric that added depth and visual interest. The full, structured skirt provided a dramatic flare, creating a silhouette that was both bold and elegant. Her minimalist accessories—a delicate necklace and softly waved hair—ensured the gown remained the focal point, while warm makeup harmonized with the rich hue of her ensemble

On the red carpet Ivana Baquero talked with LDcultura, revealing what we can expect from her next: "Right now I'm working on an American film, which I will start filming in April".

While details are being kept closely guarded, her involvement promises to add another compelling chapter to her already illustrious career.
